These Terms describe how the Software should be used and what the user is responsible for.
2. User Responsibility
You are responsible for:
- selecting the correct disk, account, and installation options
- backing up files before modifying the system
- ensuring you hold proper licensing for Microsoft Windows
- using the Software legally and ethically
The Software automates processes — it does not make decisions for you.
3. System Risk Acknowledgment
System repair and operating-system installation involve risk.
Unexpected failures may occur due to:
- failing hardware
- BitLocker or encryption
- corrupted partitions
- unsupported devices
- existing malware or system instability
By using the Software, you acknowledge these risks.
4. Third-Party Content
Any Microsoft Windows downloads occur directly from Microsoft servers.
PC-DNA LLC does not host, modify, or distribute Microsoft installation media.
5. Updates and Changes
The Software may update or change over time.
PC-DNA LLC is not obligated to provide feature updates or long-term support.
6. No Guarantee of Results
While the Software is designed to assist recovery and installation, results are not guaranteed.
7. Termination of Use
PC-DNA LLC reserves the right to terminate access if these Terms are violated.
