EULA – End User License Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing, running, or using PC-DNA Recovery Assistant (“Software”), you agree to this EULA, the Terms of Use, and the Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, do not use the Software.


2. License Grant

PC-DNA LLC grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software on compatible devices.

Ownership of the Software remains with PC-DNA LLC.


3. Restrictions

You may NOT:

  • copy, resell, or redistribute the Software
  • reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or attempt to access the source code
  • use the Software to violate the law or Microsoft licensing
  • include the Software in another commercial product
  • use the Software to bypass digital rights management or account systems

4. Microsoft Notice

PC-DNA Recovery Assistant is not affiliated with Microsoft Corporation.

The Software does not include Windows installation files.

When needed, the user may download Windows directly from Microsoft servers in accordance with Microsoft’s licensing terms.

A valid Microsoft activation key may be required after installation.


5. No Warranty (“As-Is”)

This Software is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, including:

  • performance
  • compatibility
  • fitness for a particular purpose
  • ability to recover, fix, or restore a system

You use the Software at your own risk.


6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PC-DNA LLC is not liable for:

  • loss of data
  • inability to access accounts
  • device damage or malfunction
  • installation failure
  • operational interruption
  • indirect or consequential damages

Maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.


7. Arbitration and Dispute Resolution

All disputes or claims arising from this Software will be resolved by binding individual arbitration in the State of New York.

Class actions, group claims, and jury trials are not permitted.


8. Termination

PC-DNA LLC may suspend or revoke this license if you violate these terms.

You may end this agreement by stopping use of the Software.


9. Governing Law

This EULA is governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA.


10. Agreement

By using this Software, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this EULA.
